Q: How do I determine the correct size for me?

A: While placing your order you will find a option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which will give you the detailed information on sizes and fit, Click on that and you’ll get to know what’s your perfect size. Q: How can I track the status of my order?

A: We usually ship out all orders that we receive within 3-5 working days. At the time of shipping the order, you will receive a notification on the registered email and contact number from us with details of the delivery partner and tracking ID. 

Q: Will someone call me before delivering the order?

A: We work with leading shipping partners in India to ensure that your delivery experience is great! Our courier partner will send a text message once
your order is out for delivery. You will receive a call from the delivery person before they reach the delivery address.

 

Q: My Payment Failed While Making A Purchase. What Should I Do?

A: Mail us the details of your transaction to
contact.titigon@gmail.com, we will verify and
get back to you at the earliest.

 

Q: How can I cancel the order?

A: To cancel, Please contact customer support at
contact.titigon@gmail.com. We won't be able to take the cancellation request once the order is dispatched. If you still don't want to receive the order, you can refuse the package at the time of delivery.

Q: How much time does it take to dispatch my order?

A: Your order would be dispatched within 3-5 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS upon dispatch.
Please note: the above timelines are based on estimates provided by our delivery partners and any unforeseen situations might cause delays.

Q: What happens when my order does not get delivered on time?

A: In case the order does
not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at contact.titigon@gmail.com.We will do our best to get it delivered for you at the earliest.

Q: Can I open the package to check the contents before accepting it?

A: As per company policy, a package can't be opened for inspection before accepting delivery, but you can accept the package and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
